Inc., (“US Nuclear”) announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 (SEC File No. 333-200135) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registering the resale of certain shares of common stock by holders thereof. US Nuclear is a leading manufacturer, and marketer of tritium radiation detection monitors, devices and equipment. The shares, which would be offered by the holders thereof upon effectiveness of the S-1, may not be sold, nor may offers to buy such securities be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective.
