AVEW Holdings, Inc. – Management Announcement: AVEW Officers Filing SEC Form 3 and Buy AVEW Holdings, Inc. Common Shares

AUSTIN, TX, United States, via ETELIGIS INC., 12/17/2014 – – AVEW Holdings, Inc. (OTC Pink: AVEW) (PINKSHEETS: AVEW) today announced that the officers and directors of AVEW Holdings are buying AVEW Common Shares on the open market. The Board of Directors and Executive Management of AVEW have purchased AVEW stock and are filing the SEC Form 3. The stock is subject to rule 144 under the Securities Act. Mr. Jose Chavez, CEO; Jay Ling, President; Mike Sharp, COO & Director; Neal Puckett, COO & Director; Eric Davis, Director of Sales and Marketing; and Mr. Jim DePetris, Director of AVEW Real Estate Division have bought AVEW Stock.

AVEW Holdings is successfully implementing its business model and in the last few months has closed on the acquisition of Tarragon Homes; implemented its AVEW Real Estate Division; hired Mr. Jim DePetris, Attorney, to run the AVEW Real Estate Division; and has signed Letters of Intent for over $30 million in potential land development projects in Texas. AVEW Holdings is in negotiations for private investment funding for these new land development projects.

Mr. Jose Chavez commenting, “AVEW Management and officers are absolutely dedicated to AVEW’s business model. So much so,” he continued, “that executive management has taken steps to buy open market AVEW stock.”

In the second quarter of 2014, AVEW Holdings, Inc. promoted an AVEW stock buy back program. This program is still in effect and has been moderately successful. The stock is being purchased for treasury stock. Most of the targeted stockholders have indicated they will hold on to the AVEW stock.
