I-Texts recently announced it has partnered with Rakuten LinkShare (www.linkshare.com) as a publisher enabling I-Texts charities to receive income when its registered supporters purchase goods and services from Rakuten LinkShare advertisers. Panasonic has partnered with Rakuten Linkshare and is now one of more than 165 advertisers that have approved I-Texts as part of the Rakuten LinkShare Network.

The company also confirmed that the GCHI Green Company Holdings, Inc. dividend shares will be eligible to have the legend removed from the shares pursuant to Canadian Securities laws this week. This will allow the company to begin the listing process on the Canadian Securities Exchange and/or merge with an existing publicly trading company. The company intends to complete this process on or before December 31, 2014.
